Perfect for outdoor cruises, brand new and arriving in December 2017, Champagne Sailing Catamaran is the all new 40ft Sailing catamaran with a maximum capacity of up to 40 guests! Constructed and designed ideally for birthday cruises, Australia Day cruises and more, Champagne features a large gas BBQ, two large eskies, a Fridge & freezer, surround sound stereo system which is ipod compatible.

She features an open plan layout with heaps of seating and great flow for easy entertaining and socialising. There is a large table which can be used to set up platters of food, 2 tables with surround seating at the bow of the boat, and 2 trampolines for relaxing.

Lentil, Pistachio & Currant Salad – Australian blue lentils with roasted peppers, mint, shallots and a chilli jam dressing.

Creamy Potato Salad – steamed chat potatoes with homemade mayonnaise, sour cream & horseradish dressing, crispy bacon, dill and shallots.

Beetroot, Green Bean and Goats Cheese Salad – with roasted hazelnuts, fresh dill and a honey mustard dressing
