Staff Fees
Wait Staff $75 per hour
1 x wait staff is required for every 10 guests
Chef $400 for 4 hours, $75 per additional hour
BYO Fees
BYO Catering $20 per person
Includes cutlery, napkins, plates. Additional fees appply for use of galley.
BYO Beverage $25 per person
Includes ice, cups, straws
BYO Charters are only available between February – October
